Since 2022, we’ve been fortunate to have Coach Heldrin as part of our team. Whether running sessions in Kent Island or coordinating programs in Centreville, he has become an essential and inspiring presence.
Those who know him quickly notice his commitment—not only to soccer, but to the growth and happiness of every player under his care. He plans, studies, and adjusts strategies every single day to ensure his athletes develop the right way, while enjoying every moment of this beautiful game.
His passion started early, watching Flamengo games with his family (he’ll swear he supports Guardiola, but deep down, we all know which jersey he truly treasures 😂). Even now, if you check his phone, chances are he’s watching a match—sometimes from the third division of the Andorra National League! That’s how deeply Coach Heldrin lives this sport.
But his journey didn’t stop there. His drive led him to one of Brazil’s top universities, UFRJ, where he graduated in Physical Education. From that moment, his mission was clear: to share knowledge and inspire athletes worldwide. He launched his own soccer academy in Brazil, coached in the U.S., and even spent months in Saudi Arabia, leading teams and embracing new experiences on and off the field.
Today, he’s here, proving that passion and dedication know no borders. Coach Heldrin steps on the field every day determined to give his best and spread his love for the game, bringing energy and joy to every BUSA player.
