The BUC Staff Training was a powerful moment of connection, alignment, and growth for the entire Brazilian United Soccer organization.
For four immersive days, coaches, coordinators, and staff members from both Brazil and the United States came together with one shared purpose: to define our goals for the year and strengthen the way we work as one team. From marketing staff to interns, and from coaches and coordinators to the President and Directors, every member of Brazilian United played an active role in this experience.
The Staff Training was built around collaboration, leadership, and performance. Through dynamic activities, workshops, and group projects, our team focused on improving communication, teamwork, and professional skills — all with the objective of delivering the highest level of service on and off the field.
More than planning, this was about culture. It was about reinforcing our values, aligning our vision, and preparing every department to work together more efficiently and intentionally.
