This week marks the official start of our BUSA–QAC Rec League Spring Season, and we are excited to welcome everyone back to the field. Below you will find the full practice schedule by location and age group to help you get started.

Game Schedule Update
- All games will be played on Saturdays
- Games will take place in the morning and early afternoon
- Each team will play one game per Saturday, consisting of two 22-minute halves
Future Stars – Game Format
Ages 3–4
Saturday sessions will focus on motor development, coordination, and the introduction of soccer skills and basic rules through fun, engaging activities.
Ages 5–6
Players will begin transitioning toward games, participating in structured scrimmages with a focus on understanding the game and preparing for the next step — the 7v7 format starting at age 7
